1. Nature of Digital Goods

All items available on store.frankbase.com are intangible digital products (PDFs, EPUBs, source codes, and software licenses) delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

2. Express Waiver of Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK/International)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, by purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is irrevocably waived upon delivery of the file or download link.

3. Personal & Commercial Licenses

Unless explicitly stated as a Developer or Commercial License, all products are sold for personal, homeschool, or single-developer use. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or uploading to public torrent/sharing networks is strictly prohibited.

4. Merchant of Record Transaction Authority

Payment processing, billing inquiries, and global tax compliance (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) are administered by Dodo Payments as the authorized Merchant of Record.
